Job Description

Understanding project requirements and ideas.
\
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
\
Management, planning, and execution of client’s social media platforms, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
\
Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, follow growth and engagement performance through both organic and paid marketing.
\
Create and review organic social and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic and growth targets are met.
\
Implement and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms when necessary and ability to navigate Ads Manager and optimize campaigns effectively.
\
Monitor, engage with comments and reactions and grow online communities through best-practice community management.
\
Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing.
\
Organized and able to work with multiple projects at once.

Job Requirement

\
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or any relevant field.
\
At least 2 years working experience in social media marketing with proven track record in growing and retaining social audiences.
\
Proficient in multiple social media platforms generally but specifically Facebook and Instagram.
\
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
\
Knowledge of the latest social media trends and an avid user of social media.
\
Strong hands-on experience across of key tools including Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
\
Paid social experience - specifically optimising CPCs, lead generation and audience retargeting.
\
Experience with influencer marketing a plus.
\
Strong command of English (reading, writing and communication skills). Additional language like Hindi, Bengali, Tagalog or others are a plus!
\
Good work aptitude and attitude.
\
Flexible with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines within a short turnaround time.
\
Have great attention to detail.
\
Ability to work well within a team.
